With almost 5 years of experience in residential real estate, Shelby specializes in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and building homes—with a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams. Her strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, paired with a deep understanding of the local market, ensure that each client receives expert service and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Before diving into real estate full-time, Shelby spent 3 years working alongside her father in his general contracting business. This hands-on experience gave her a unique understanding of home repairs, renovations, and the ins-and-outs of the construction process—knowledge she now uses to her clients’ advantage in every transaction.

Real estate has always been Shelby’s true passion. In fact, she dressed up as a real estate agent on career day her senior year of high school! After spending a year pursuing a nursing degree, she quickly realized that her heart belonged in real estate. She got her license in January of 2021 and has never looked back.

When she is not assisting clients, you can find her “glamping” & boating on the lake, or spending quality time with family, friends, and her two furry companions.
